  Always hits the hot soup spot! If you're vegetarian, order the veggie platter which has tofu, cabbage, spinach, greens, and glass noodles. Also, you ask them for the Mongolian and Thai as these are the two broths that they have a veggie version (which is SO nice). The Thai is my favorite but they're both delicious!
  
  If you're vegetarian and aren't sure if you can have hot pot, don't skip out on Hot Pot City!

  If it is your first time going, ask a lot about the flavor of the broth.
  
  Don't go there with less than 3 people. I went with just my husband and me and there was a lot of food leftover because we couldn't finish it all. Overall the place wasn't bad, but average.
  The service was pretty absent, the waitress came to take our sheet, give us our cups of water, then that was it. They didn't come back to the table at all besides giving us the food. No refills.
  For the menus, it was pretty self explanatory, just wish there was pictures so I could see the portion sizes. And for the broths it doesn't explain the flavor at all. Just the names. Not like "beef" or "chicken", just "Mongolian" or "Vietnamese" or "Thai". I ordered the Mongolian and it had a ton of chili, green onion, cloves, ginger, and garlic in it that I had to spoon out before I tried it.
  
  Also, they were playing a horror movie on the TV's with a lot of blood(a demon possessed girl licked a box cutter knife in the movie) and gore on the SYFY channel. They eventually changed it to the food channel but I lost my appetite a little bit.

  This is a hidden gem! Who knew they had such a great variety of foods and the happy hour deals are amazing!
  
  What I ordered:
  
  Hot pot: 5/5 Mongolian soup was on point the flavor was all there and on the same level as their competitors
  
  4/5 Thai soup it was good but for me I need spicy and sour it was lacking the sour department
  
  The hot pot comes with a variety of meat and/or seafood. Fresh veggies and crack sauce to compliment with!
  
  5/5 Crawfish with garlic:Pleasantly surprised! Fresh live and huge full of flavor! Only 5.99$/lb during happy hour!
  
  5/5 Chicken wings: my favorite dish there cooked exactly how I like it with just the right amount of flavor ..I didn't even need the ranch sauce!
  
  5/5 Lamb and chicken skewers: tender fresh and flavor was all there.
  
  Staff was greatly attentive super friendly location has plenty of parking!
  
  Great for large group, parties, and even have a few private rooms for privacy or events! They even cater!!

  I personally did not like Hot Pot City. This place isn't the type of hot pot place where you get up, walk around and pick up items or make your own sauce. My husband and I came here with friends and we ordered the Meat Lovers Platter along with a few other extra items. The portions were really small and the meat was of mediocre quality. The soup bases were actually pretty decent at least. We tried the Mongolian & Thai Suki soup bases. They barely have any selection of sauces and they even charge an extra $0.50 for one. Nothing fantastic about this hot pot place, although the customer service was great. Our waitress was a sweetie and very patient with us. In terms of food though, I wouldn't really recommend this place to a friend nor come back again.

  Very spacious hot pot restaurant with generous portions.
  
  Their new location is quite an upgrade. The broth was quite good. My wife, daughter and I shared one hot pot and still had a lot left over.
  
  Bring an empty stomach. And be ready to fill it up!
